Breakfast. We will leave for Ouarzazate, beyond the Atlas Mountains. On the way we will admire picturesque and spectacular landscapes and cross the Tiz-in-Tichka pass, located at an altitude of 2260 meters above sea level. Practically, we will completely change the climatic, landscape, architectural and ethnic register. After crossing the Atlas, we will enter the stony desert and discover the colorful Berber villages with fortified barns, the most spectacular being Ait Benhaddou, a settlement with real fortified castles, strewn with meanders and unforgettable panoramas of the desert area we have just entered. Dozens of films have been shot in Ait Benhaddou, including Jesus of Nazareth, Marco Polo, The Mummy, and Gladiator, Prince of Persia or parts of Game of Thrones. The gate of the desert is the city of Ouarzazate, developed around a Kasbah - the palace-residence of the local leader called Taourirt. We will visit this and the Tifoultout Kasbah, located near the city to discover the picturesque architecture of the Tuareg Bedouins, natives of the Sahara, whose language with a distinct alphabet has been recognized as the official language in Morocco, Accommodation in Ouarzazate.

On the way, we will cross the "Valley of 1000 Kasbahs"; Kasbahs are small citadels built by Tuaregs to store and defend their most valuable wealth - grains, but also as a residence for local leaders. Along the road that crosses the stony desert we will see such buildings extremely often, either along the road or a little further, in the desert. From Erfoud we will board 4x4 vehicles, which will take us to Merzouga. We will then walk with camels through the Sahara desert, Accommodation at a hotel or Bivouac in the Erfoud- Merzouga area.

DAY 4: Merzouga - Ifrane - Fez

Nicknamed the "Switzerland of Morocco", Ifrane is located at an altitude of 1,664 meters above sea level, in the middle region of the Atlas Mountains and which serves as a "playground" for rich Moroccans from dry cities like Fez, Meknes or even from the Casablanca-Rabat area. DAY 4: Fez

Breakfast. We have a whole day at our disposal to visit the city of Fez, one of the four imperial cities of Morocco. Initially a small settlement on the banks of the river with the same name, Fez currently has three distinct parts, which stretch on the surrounding hills - Fez el Bali (the old medina, existing around the year 900, which in the 11th - 12th centuries was the most largest city in the world, with a record population of 200,000 inhabitants), Fez Jdid (or the new medina, which appeared in the 13th century and the city where the royal family resided for centuries) and Ville Nouvelle, the city new, modern, built by the French in the 19th-20th centuries. The Medina is a fascinating place, made up of thousands and thousands of winding streets and alleys, some of them leading nowhere, with houses with small windows that look like a fortress, and if you ignore the mobile phones and electricity wires, you have the feeling that you are stepping into the 20th century XII, because it is a city preserved intact. In this labyrinth, which continues to be inhabited by thousands of people, you can find both grocery stores for natives and handicraft products for tourists. The main traditional industry of the city is leather, which is produced in a neighborhood of the medina around a dyehouse where natural colors are used - animal excrement is also used to color the products. We will visit the royal palace Dar El Makhzen (exterior, because it is used by the royal family), the medieval medina, the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, the founder of Morocco (reigned between 807 and 828) and the Al- Karaouin Mosque, where a university was opened in 859 (can be seen from the gates), Accommodation in Fez.

DAY 5: Fez – Chefchaouen

Breakfast,We are leaving Fez  for  Chefchaouen  which known as the ‘Blue Pearl’ of Morocco, because of its fantastic blue houses and streets. Jewish immigrants painted the houses blue, and people have been guessing for years as to why. It is this mystery that gives the city its charm and makes it a long-standing popular tourist destination. Spend a day or two enjoying all the best things to do in Chefchaouen, accommodation in Chefchaouen

DAY 6: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes - Rabat

We are leaving Chefchaouen for Volubilis which, in Antiquity, was an important Roman city, the administrative center of the Mauretania Tingitana province and where we will admire the famous Roman ruins. The road continues to Meknes, an impressive city with a mix of Spanish and Moorish styles, surrounded by high walls and grand gates. The Old Center of the city of Meknes is the huge El- Hedim Square, located in front of the Bab el-Mansour gate. Bab el-Mansour gate is guarded by two Corinthian monumental marble columns, Accommodation in Rabat

DAY 7: Rabat - Casablanca

Breakfast and start visit the capital of the kingdom and the seat of the Moroccan government; here we will have a panoramic tour of the city. Located at the mouth of the Bouregreg River in the waters of the Atlantic, Rabat is one of the most important cities since the time of the Romans. Today we will also admire the Hassan Tower, built during the time of the Almohadis king. Although it was never completed, it remains a remarkable monument.
